Behind the Price Tag:
Most sessions start at $300/hour and include all usable images. While legacy sessions, branding projects, special events, and other custom storytelling experiences may vary, I closely follow my $300/hour rate as a baseline. Final quotes reflect the time, detail, and scope involved—but I always aim to keep pricing clear and fair.
Please also note: I’m unable to travel more than 30 minutes from Harper, KS for half sessions unless a mileage fee is included. If you're unsure how this might apply to your session, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to walk you through the details.

These sessions are at the heart of Capturing Kansas. I work one-on-one with farmers, ranchers, and rural families to document the real-life, day-to-day work that often goes unseen—but is never unimportant. Whether it’s a quiet morning feed routine, a multi-generational harvest, or the worn hands of a grandparent who’s built a life on the land, these photos are rich in story and emotion.
I call them Legacy Photos because they capture more than just faces—they capture heritage. They can be used for personal memories, generational albums, farm websites, or marketing materials. Most of all, they’re a way to preserve your agricultural story exactly as it is: hardworking, humble, and human.

At my core, I believe in the power of community. I offer professional documentation for events, fundraisers, farm days, rural gatherings, and more—with an eye for capturing connection, purpose, and presence. My event coverage is storytelling-focused, which means you’ll receive more than just snapshots—you’ll get a gallery that reflects the soul of the event, the people who made it possible, and the moments that mattered most.

Traditional Sessions & Giving Back
Full Sessions (one-hour) $300
Half Sessions (30-mins) $150
While most of my work centers around agriculture and rural branding, I still say “yes” to the sweet stuff—family sessions, senior portraits, milestone moments, and everyday memories that deserve to be preserved. If you're local and looking for someone who understands how to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera (even if your kids are wild or your boots are muddy), I’ve got you!
I also love giving back to the community by volunteering with 4H students, offering photo support for their projects and helping them learn the value of storytelling through images. Supporting the next generation of rural leaders is something I care deeply about.
